I am sitting in the airplane, that space in between. Between the past and the future, the presence. The presence with no borders, all control given to the pilot and the ones taking care of the flight. It is often this space that gives me so much inspiration to reflect and write.
I am leaving Bergen, my chapter here in Norway has finished and as a good traveller it is a bittersweet moment.
Those two months have been very challenging to me. I have totally relied on the medicine of my tools, my morning practise, yoga, medicine music, friends support, nature and of course my love cacao. That love cacao who initially led me to Norway has been my pillar of being grounded and keeeping my light shine.
I will not go into too many details here but life presented me to shed another layer and see how much self worth there is still for me to have. It taught me that wanting a validation from others is a perfect road for one to cultivate your own self worth. And I thought I was already there, ha! That unpredictable beautiful life!
I have come to realize that all those travelling years I have built so many deep connections all around the world who in the moments of a little darkness could hold me, support me and inspire me to keep walking my path, my own unique path, shaped by the mystery and my choices.
But something also happened while I was in Norway. In amidst of all that confusion and discomfort I connected soooo deeply with the mountains and the forest of Bergen. Bergen became my home.
Each day I found something to be so in love with. And I am the sun baby!!(Bergen is super rainy city).
I felt like I lived here before, many many lifes ago perhaps but the reminescence of that belonging have been really present while I was in Norway.
Like an elf of the forest I found comfort in those woods and when it was hard I let the nature hold me.
A lot of magical things happened as well. I made some very special connections and created some fun soul nourishing cacao work collaborations. If you are reading Peder, I am so grateful you showed up on my path!
My safe space at home also was nourishing my soul and occasional deep conversations with my dear flatmate was a fuel to create.
This chapter was powerful and while crying in the train leaving this incredibly beautiful city I made a promise with the forest that I will be back sooner than next lifes time :)
So I am back on the road again now, first short stop Lithuania and then European friends tour as usual before I go back to the country everybody knows I am totally obsessed with.
Grateful for everything I gained and lost✨❤️✨
