Hi!
Some of you probably know that in the end of August I got pretty bad toothache. Of course, I waited till I couldn't sleep or eat to do something about it. So in the beginning of September I booked the flight back to Lithuania. Cheaper dentist and another chance to see the family and friends :)
My 2 infections were starting to heal and numerous visits at the dentist made sure that my saved money is going for my health investment, ha!
And today is my last day here. Always, so sentimental. Why do we human beings make such a fuss about the last times or last experiences? I don't know, but I am always sentimental.
Autumn in Lithuania is beautiful, full of colours and amazing sky. Even though I was visiting the dentist more often than some friends, I tried to make the most of my time in Lithuania. It's always good to be back. I have plenty time to observe things which I ignored when I was younger. I feel like a stranger, a stranger learning about my own country and always discovering something new. I guess it's a good thing. You get a chance to look at your own country from a different perspective.
I also got a chance to appreciate everything I got, to appreciate the opportunity to move wherever I want. And sometimes I forget that because I get caught in my own comfort bubble. So these three weeks in Lithuania did me good. Reminded me how fragile life can be and if we don't enjoy the day we living we start moulding. Let''s all go discovering things, they open our eyes.
