Urban Life and Thousand Hobbies

Hello my dear ones,

It's been a long time since I was inspired to write something. Is that what city life does it to you?

It's been more than 3 months that I've been indulging the city life. How is everything? Good, fast, overwhelming. I managed to change 2 jobs and now very very soon will start the course that brought me to this city in the first place.

Bristol is wet. But also very alternative, very vibrant. It can be dirty and noisy but it has quite a beautiful soul. It is still growing on me. Sometimes I look at its surface and I think it's just like another city in UK. But then weekend comes or my evenings off work and it just surprises me again.

The music is amazing, and gosh how lucky we are to have such a wide range of beautiful sounds. It makes me cry sometimes to see so many talented musicians sharing their music.

I always loved dancing, in fact I even remember when being a child I had a dream to be a dancer. Have I told you how I fell in love with Lindyhop? What beautiful energy this dance has, what creativity, playfulness. No matter how tired I am I try not to miss my Monday classes, I always come back home from it being high on life. And it's the best feeling in the world.

Have I told you how many great projects, volunteering organisations Bristol has? How wonderful is to see people dedicating their time and even lives to make changes in the lives of vulnerable. Aren't we all here on this planet for that reason too?

Have I told you how creative it is, how mindful it can be?

I dearly miss nature and the sun but Bristol surprises me every time. Now I can definitely admit there is something in the air, something that holds me here, as if Bristol would be whispering to me ''hold on, and I'll show you my best''.

It's nothing special here if you look at it with your eyes, but there is something really special if you try to feel this city.

My place is open for all of you my dear friends. I wanna share my discoveries with you, come!

Your city dweller,
