Road Tripping in Europe

Good morning dear friends,

It's been now nearly two weeks that I am back in Europe. And how am I? Still a little struggling.

When I fall in love with a particular country is not just falling in love, it's kind of energetic rooting. Mexico still feels like I am there but the body tries to adapt here. And I am doing everything I can to help myself to connect with lands in Europe.

The night sleep is not filled anymore with rooster sounds outside, random cumbia music at 5 am in the morning, road workers, street sellors, selling everything you can imagine. It's quiet. Even London and Berlin felt quiet.

I don't choose anymore to walk on the shady side of the street not to burn myself, I try to catch every ray of sun here. It feels so innocent and gentle.

My body is still confused about the time, I am sleepy everyday and am still fighting with big jet lag.

The craziest thing though is my soul. I feel like it is still travelling on my way.

My friend told me that native americans know that soul cannot travel more than 70km per hour so when they arrive back by plane, they hang out at the airport for couple of days waiting for the soul to re-unite. I like this theory and I resonate with it.

The fun part of this time is that I have been slowly moving by land from Manchester to Lithuania, stopping and visiting my good friends and getting used to beautiful sunny spring that is in all Europe. Trees are blossoming, spring's sexual energy rising and the birds are making out.

I meet most of my friends on the road so it is always a pleasure to see them in their environments. I tend to slightly envy the space they have, the stuff they can have with them but very quickly that feeling vanishes away once I remember that freedom feeling my lifestyle always provides.

Today I am finally arriving in Lithuania. I stop for one month here and then I spread my wings towards the summer in Greece.

I am struggling a little but I am still grateful.

With love and sun,

Ligita
